Riverview Hydro Jetting cleans drains and sewer lines for homeowners, landlords and property managers in Riverview and the south Hillsborough communities around it. Tim owns the business and is also its lead technician, so the person who answers your questions is usually the person at your cleanout. The trucks run under the H.I.P. Home Service & Drain name, and the logo carries an “est. 2013” mark.
The menu is short on purpose: jetting, snaking, root cutting and camera inspection. If a job needs a trench, we say so and point you elsewhere.
What Rides in the Van
A jetter with a hose reel does the scouring. It works with interchangeable nozzles: a forward-driving tip to open a stopped line, a spinning one to wash the wall, and a cutting head for roots. A camera on a push cable shows the inside of the pipe. Cable machines and floor augers handle tubs, showers, sinks and toilets.
We do not advertise one headline pressure figure. The right setting depends on the pipe and the blockage, and a bigger number is not a better one. The guide to choosing a company shows why that is a warning sign when a vendor leads with it.
How a Call Usually Goes
You describe what is slow and where. For whole-house symptoms or a drain that clogs repeatedly, the technician finds the cleanout and sends the camera in so you can watch. For a single sink, there is no camera and no sales pitch, just a cable.
Either way the price is written down before work begins. Our cost guide publishes the ranges ahead of time.
What We Promise and What We Do Not
- Price on paper first. Free estimates stay valid for 30 days.
- We beat written quotes from licensed competitors.
- Florida licensed and insured.
- Same-day visits when the schedule has room, and phone coverage at night for backups.
- A 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the result is not right, we come back.
- No miracle claims. Jetting does not mend a cracked pipe, stop a tree from growing or promise a line will never clog again.
Where We Drive
Most calls start in Riverview and the planned communities off Balm Riverview and Big Bend roads. The route also reaches Valrico, Brandon, Apollo Beach, Sun City Center and the rest of the service area. Housing there ranges from 1980s plats to houses finished last year, and each area page notes what that means for the pipe.
We keep no shop. The site lists city, state and ZIP only, because the work happens at your house.

Call or text and ask. We would rather walk you through the method than have you guess at it.

Tim owns the business and works as lead technician. Jobs are done under the H.I.P. Home Service & Drain name, and the phone number on this site rings through to the same crew that drives the trucks, not to a call center.
A hydro jetter with a hose reel and several nozzles, a sewer camera with a monitor, cable machines for ordinary clogs, and hand augers for toilets. The symptom and the camera footage decide which one comes off the van first.
No. If the footage shows a crack, a collapsed section, an offset joint or corroded iron, we stop and show you. Cabling or a repair contractor may be the better route, and you can share the video with anyone you like.
No. We clean, jet, snake and inspect lines. Excavation, relining and replacement belong to a plumber or repair contractor, and we tell you plainly when a line has reached that stage.
Yes, licensed and insured in Florida. If a landlord, property manager, HOA or CDD asks for paperwork before a visit, mention it when you book and we will get the right documents to them.
